By sending our products straight from the manufacturers we are able to offer you the best quality and amazing prices. Being a platform and working with the best straps creators from around the world is the reason why slightly longer time is needed for international delivery.
80% of our orders are delivered within 2-3 weeks. Some exceptions and delays by carriers may occur, that’s why the maximum delivery time can be up to 6-8 weeks.

How to safely change my old strap for a new one?

How do I care for my leather strap?
Well-maintained leather watch strap will last much longer and look much better than a strap left with no care on our wrists.
Few of the most important tips:
• let the leather breathe and keep it dry – take your watch off when going to sleep or taking a shower,
• clean it with a cloth and a bit of cold water with saddle soap or olive oil and then wipe it off,
• know your leather – different kinds of leather need different care, make sure to choose right leather cleaning products for your watch strap,
• don’t keep your strap too tight – every time you move your wrist you make your strap stretch and stress, so if you wear your strap tightly, it will wear and tear sooner than later.
How to shorten a NATO/ZULU strap?
For people who don’t like to fold the excess strap on their NATO, there’s an easy way to shorten it in 4 quick steps:
• mark desired lenght of the strap,
• tightly grip a coin on the strap for a round cut with scissors or a knife at a trim spot,
• clench two coins around the strap with adjustable spanner or other tool to avoid any burns,
• use lighter to seal the strap with heat and avoid fraying,
Now you can enjoy your perfect lenght NATO strap.
This method works best on nylon NATO watch straps, you can always practice at the very end of your strap before making the final cut.

Can I choose a different color/style of buckle than shown on the item page?
All of our watch straps are only available in colors and with buckles as shown in the listing, we do carry though straps with several color and buckle styles so be sure to check all the options available.
If you’re interested in a specific color/style of buckle, you can easily find them thanks to our quick menu (top or left side of the site) which allows filtering straps either by color or by mechanism (as well as many other filter options).
Are spring bars included with purchase?
We try to include spring bars with every purchase, however, due to the fact that we order straight from the manufacturers and keep our straps at an affordable price, we can’t always guarantee that.
You can always reuse spring bars from your old watch strap.

What method do you use for shipping?
All of our parcels come with international tracking and the last mile delivery within your country is handled by national shipping company in your country – for example USPS in the USA, RoyalMail in the UK, Poczta Polska in Poland.
How can I track my package?
In order to track your package you have to enter a site with information about your order (through the link received in the confirmation e-mail). Choose “Track My Order” in the Information section on the bottom of the site. Due to the data updating with a slight delay, the status of your delivery might not be changing for a longer while and you shouldn’t worry about it. We do not have any jurisdiction over a shipping company and we can’t accelerate the data updates or the delivery itself.
Can I return my order if I'm not satisfied with it?
Yes, you can return your unworn watch strap in the same condition you have received
it in 30 days after receiving it.
I have ordered few items but received only one. What can I do?
We send our products straight from the manufacturers, so even if you have ordered few items simultaneously, they might have been sent separately. We ask you for a bit of patience as all of the remaining products should arrive in time.
It has been 3 weeks and I still haven't received my order.
The maximum delivery time is 60 days. We do not have any jurisdiction over a shipping company so we ask you politely for a bit more of your patience. If you still haven’t received your order after 60 days, please Contact Us immediately.
I haven't received my item. What can I do?
If you haven’t received your order after 60 days please Contact Us with your name and your order number, so we can check your order status and inform you about it as soon as possible.
Please make sure to check all of the required information before finalizing an order to avoid any delivery problems.
