Changing straps in your watch is really simple and takes just a few minutes. All you need to do is choose the type of straps from the list below and follow our simple instructions.
What you need:
• Spring bar tool
• Clear working area
• Few minutes of your time
Removing straps
Regular 2-piece straps
• Insert the forked end of the spring bar tool between the watch lug and the strap. Remember to do it from the back side of the watch! The tool will grab the spring bar’s ridge that allows it to compress.
• Slowly and carefully apply pressure away from the watch and the spring bar should pop out of the lug. Repeat this action on the other side.
• Remove the spring bar to use it with your new strap.
Quick release straps
Quick Release straps are designed to make the process of removing the strap as easy as possible. To remove the quick release straps simply pull a little tab on the back of the strap and remove the strap from the lugs.
NATO and similar
See the instructions for installing the NATO strap and perform them in reverse from 5 to 2 as you don’t need to remove spring bars to install another NATO strap.
Metal bracelet
• To allow the bracelet to spread apart and make the whole process easier, start with removing the micro-adjustment spring bar from the clasp using the push pin end of the spring bar tool.
• On each side of the bracelet on the back of the watch, you’ll find recesses. Put the forked end of your spring bar tool there to insert the tool into the spring bar ridge. Push away from the watch case and carefully wiggle the bracelet end out of the watch.
• Repeat the previous step on the other end and that’s all! Now install new strap.
Installing straps
Regular 2-piece straps
• Put spring bars into the holes at the ends of the straps. Make sure they are centered inside the straps.
• Put the spring bar on end of the strap with the buckle to the lug (on top of the watch face).
• Depress the other end of the spring bar using spring bar tool and slide it into the other watch lug. Make sure both sides of the spring bar are securely locked in the watch lugs.
• Install the second strap by repeating the same process on the bottom side of the watch face.

• Install spring bars in the lugs on both ends of the watch face. You can use your fingers or the spring bar tool.
• Separate two layers of the straps by pulling the long part of the strap.
• The keepers and the buckle should face the same direction as the watch face. Starting on the top of the watch face pull the strap through between the spring bar and the watch case.
• On the other end of the watch face, pull the straps through this time from the bottom.
• Lastly, pull the long part all the way through the floating keeper and you’re done!
