Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy

I. GENERAL INFORMATION
1. The e-commerce platform operator of Strapsy.eu is the company Puzzle Solvers, with a headquarters address in Poznan, ul. Mlynska 5/9.
2. The shop is gathering information about its users and their behaviour through:
a. information used in entry forms of one’s own volition,
b. “cookies” – text files placed in your computer’s browser to store your preferences.

II. PRIVACY POLICY AND DATA PROTECTION
1. Personal details are processed on terms regulated in Personal Data Protection Act from 29th August 1997 (Journal of Laws from 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended).
2. Client, by making an order in the Shop, simultaneously gives a permission to process his personal details in order to finalise a deal. The present declaration and personal details of the client are necessary to realize the order by the shop. In case of giving fake/untrue personal details – further responsibilities are taken by the Client.
3. The shop acts as the Administrator of database with personal details of its clients, which are given to the Shop by reason of making orders online and accountant service on those orders.
4. Personal details are used in order to finalise an agreement of sale and can be further transferred to entities responsible for shipping bought products to the Client, as well as to crediting institutions in case of buy on hire purchase. Personal details are given of one’s own volition, and Clients have the right to access and update its content.
5. Technical means and methods used to detect and correct mistakes in the given data:
a. self-reliant correction of the data is possible through edition of the Client’s personal account (if the Client has an account in the online Shop) during making an order up to finalizing it by clicking the “Place Order” button,
b. verification of the data and/or correction of the order is possible by sending an e-mail through the Contact Form,
c. the Client can change the given data within available options during making the account on the Site.
6. Methods and rules of preserving, securing and facilitating terms of an agreement of sale by a service provider (“Shop”):
a. sending an applicable e-mail after concluding the agreement of sale,
b. sending to the Client content of the agreement of sale through an e-mail or by giving specification of the order and proof of purchase to the Client.
7. Content of the concluded agreement of sale is perpetuated and secured in the information and communication database of the service provider. The present agreement can be shared with the Client on his/her every demand.

III. INFORMATION ABOUT ENTRY FORMS
1. Information used in entry forms of one’s own volition is collected by the Shop.
2. Parameters of the Client’s connection (IP address, time of connection) can be additionally collected by the Shop.
3. The data used in entry forms can be shared with third parties only with a permission of the Client.
4. Processing the data given in entry forms is done depending on an entry form, for example with the aim of trade contact or in case of a complex order.
5. It is possible to transfer the data given in entry forms to entities which technically execute some services – especially paying services and shipping services.

IV. COOKIES POLICY
1. The online Shop uses cookies.
2. Cookies files consist of IT data, mainly text files, stored in the Client’s computer browser. Cookies most often are made up of a name of the internet site that they come from, storage time and unique id number.
3. The e-commerce platform operator is simultaneously an entity placing cookies on the Client’s computer browser and having an access to them.
4. Cookies are used in order to:
a. sustain the Client’s session after logging in on the site, enabling comfortable use of the online Shop without a necessity of reentering login and password on every subpage,
b. gather statistical data, enabling to create statistical databases used for internal purposes of the Shop, databases include information about activity of users on the site.
5. Two main types of cookies used by the online Shop:
a. ID session – temporary cookie, existing in the Client’s computer browser only during the stay on the site (up to the point of closing the internet browser), temporary cookies make notes of clients’ choices on the site and optimize user experience, i.a. through saving settings of logged in clients (the login and the password of the client are not saved, only an id of the client’s session is saved, which is used to identify personal details of the client),
b. statistical data – cookies providing an important information about the movement on the site, paths of users on the site and ways of using the site in order to establish user profile to optimize the displayed content in advertising networks, mainly in Google network; the present statistical data is gathered with special tools like Google Analitycs.
6.The placement of cookies in the Client’s computer browser is usually allowed by default. Changing default settings is possible by the Client in the browser’s settings menu.
7. Any limitation of cookies use may have an impact on user experience on the site.
8. Cookies can be used by advertising networks (like Google network), in order to optimize the content of displayed ads which depends on the way the Client is using the site. To that end, cookies can keep information like navigation paths or time spent by the Client on the site.

V. FACILITATING DATA
1. Facilitating data to external entities can be done exclusively within the legal limits.
2. Facilitating data enabling identification of a legal person can be done exclusively under the consent of that person.
3. The Operator can be obligated to share gathered information by the Shop to authorized entities based on demands within the legal limits.

VI. MANAGING COOKIES. HOW TO GRANT AND RECANT PERMISSION TO USE COOKIES?
1. There’s a possibility of changing the internet browser’s default settings in order to not receive cookies. Cookies are essential for authentication processes, security and keeping users’ preferences – because of that, limiting the use of cookies can hinder, and in some cases, make the use of the site impossible.
2. Internet browsers (i.e. Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer) usually allow use of cookies by default. Those settings can be changed at any given time by the User through the internet browser’s settings menu. The changes can be done to inform the User about every instance of placing cookies in the User’s internet browser or to automatically block any placement of cookies.
