Oops! Sometimes the things we love don’t always work out.

30 Days Return Guarantee
If the product you buy doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it in 30 days. We accept unworn, unwashed merchandise in orginal packing for return in saleable condition within 30 days from the shipping.

To be eligible for a refund in case of 30 days returns, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, meaning in a saleable condition.

Please note that products ordered as part of the promotion or a sale cannot be returned.

How it works
The return has to be sent by the customer to a provided address at customer’s own expense. Once your return is received and inspected – it usually takes up to 14 days – we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your 30 day return fits return requirements, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be processed by our billing team back to the original payment method (e.g. your credit card or via PayU). Our billing department usually needs 5-12 working days to process credits.

In case of claims and faulty goods – we at our own discretion – may offer you either new replacement product or money refund. The rest of the process is identical to the steps above for 30 days returns.

Exchanges
You can let you know that you intend to purchase different product in place of returned one, but we do not handle exchanges as part of refund process. To exchange a product, you need to use our return procedure to receive money refund (or store credit) and order a new item from our site.

Return of Faulty Goods
In the rare case, you’ve received faulty or damaged goods you have 14 days from the notice of fault to send us the claim. Please send us an email via contact form describing the problem with some evidence.
